Ticker
The data layer behind investor engagement. Structured regulatory data, developer APIs, and embeddable widgets powering investor platforms across the UK market.
Ticker is Copia's regulatory data platform. It processes over two million regulatory filings from UK-listed companies and delivers structured data through embeddable widgets and a developer API.
Where Copia provides the narrative, Ticker provides the infrastructure. Together, they ensure that a company's investor communications are both compelling and complete.

For listed companies
Your investor platform needs live data — share price, regulatory news, financial performance — presented accurately and updated automatically. Ticker provides this as built-in infrastructure. For AIM-listed companies, Ticker supports AIM Rule 26 compliance.
For developers and AI tools
Ticker's API provides structured access to UK regulatory announcement data. Clean, well-documented, without the overhead of scraping.
Ticker also provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, giving AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and developer IDEs direct access to UK regulatory data. As AI-powered research tools become the primary way analysts and investors discover company information, MCP ensures they receive structured, verified data rather than scraping unstructured web pages. This is a meaningful distinction — it means Ticker-powered companies are more accurately represented in AI-generated research and analysis.
For investors
Ticker is not only infrastructure for company websites — it is also a standalone app for individual investors. Anyone can use Ticker to research UK-listed companies, read regulatory announcements as they are published, track share prices, and explore financial data.
This gives retail investors direct access to the same structured, verified data that powers listed company IR sites. No paywalls, no third-party interpretation — just the regulatory record, clearly presented.
Investor engagement intelligence
Because Ticker sits between companies and their investors — powering IR websites, delivering RNS feeds, serving share price data — it gives us visibility into how investors actually engage with company information. Which announcements attract attention. How share price data is consumed. What investors search for and when.
This attention-layer data is an emerging capability, not yet a fully formed product. But the underlying signal is real and increasingly valuable. As Ticker's footprint grows, so does the quality of insight it can surface for issuers about how their investor audience behaves.
Technical credibility
We used Google's File Search API to index the full Ticker archive — over two million filings — creating a natural language search interface at scale.

Ticker is the data layer that powers the investor platforms we build. When we design an IR website, Ticker provides the live data feeds. When we produce capital markets events, Ticker archives the associated announcements. Narrative and infrastructure, working together.
